D&D Tire, Inc. / ETMS is committed to safety as we understand that our people and those we work with have the right to a safe workplace. Since our team is really our most valuable resource, our first priority is the safety of everyone on the team.

As part of our effort to ensure that this focus is maintained, we have a Safety Committee comprised of members from both management and hourly personnel along with safety directors focused on both OSHA and MSHA specific areas. Channels of communication are kept open to ensure an open exchange of safety related information to and from every employee within the company. Each person is able and encouraged to speak their mind in regards to safety issues without fear of any repercussions. We do this so everyone will go home safe and healthy everyday.

Obviously, we strive to continually improve our safety practices and learn from any occurrences to make our organization a better example of what a safe workplace can be.
